I cant use this!

I already owned a separate IR reader. The app recognizes it and even says it is connected but because I dont want to overpay for their $20 product, they refuse to let me use the app. Deleted.

Takes money to make work and the app did not say it offered in app purchases I am reporting it

The app is useless unless you purchase a separate product. Definitely deleting!

STOP!!!! Do not by any thing from this company. Speed the word this is a scam. This app is crap. The hardware is crap. Never worked. You cant even get support. I tried this equipment and app with six different brands of tv. Two types of satellite tvs. Two different types of receivers even an old VCR. NOTHING worked. Ive had an iPhone sense day one and only written three reviews. Have bought many, many apps along with lots of products to work with my phone. This was the worse purchase. I finally went to Walmart and got a twelve dollar universal remote.

Why cant we give no stars?

I bought the iRed transmitter before downloading the app. What I didn’t expect: 1 For it to take over a month for the device to arrive. 2. For the app to take over 20 attempts to download (not sure if app store had any fault in that). 3. The transmitter needs to be less than 5 feet away from the device you are trying to control (at that point, there IS NO POINT). 4. The customer service of this company is terrible. They couldn’t properly provide tracking numbers for shipments, and response time was awful. I NEVER take the time to review products, but this is fair warning to anyone…Couldn’t be a worse investment PERIOD.

This app was so stupid And cost money

I have wasted almost 2 hours trying to download the app and when i get it to finally download it doesnt work so i spent an hour waiting for an app to download when I could have went to the store and brought a normal and hooked it up in the time that I wasted waiting for this to download and it didnt even work

Plz fix every time i try to open the app it closes

I have a credit card with a very high limit and yet this company would not except my card. I reentered the data several times. They need to fix their website to except real credit cards or risk losing much business like mine.

The app doesnt work at all.
